Function Description

FUNCTION

This device enhances lower limb muscle strength, mainly exercising quadriceps, gluteus maximus, triceps surae.

 

Improves control of the hip, knee, and ankle. Induces hip flexion movements. Through high-resistance isometric contractions, it can increase lower limb muscle tone.

Operation Instructions

OPERATION

 Sit on the equipment, hold the handles on both sides of the seat with both hands, and keep your back pressed against the backrest. Maintain body stability, with both feet naturally placed on the footboard and secure the safety straps.

 

② Click on the screen, select training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming training parameters, click start. Place yourself in the initial position as prompted by the device; after inflation is complete, begin training.

 

③ The left leg/right leg overcomes the resistance of the equipment and pedals forward vigorously until the left leg/right leg is completely straightened and then moves in the opposite direction, also overcoming the resistance of the equipment until the equipment returns to its initial position.

 

④ Repeat the pedaling training until the training is over.

 

⑤ If you want to pause training halfway, you can click the “Pause button”.At the end of the training prompt confirmation interface, you can click “Continue training” or “End now”. After the normal training is over, the equipment will prompt the end of the training and deflate; after the end immediately, the equipment will prompt that the training is not completed and deflate.

 

Before users use the device for the first time, they need to conduct a strength assessment first, and then configure the exercise prescription for training.Among them, before the equal-length evaluation, you need to insert the force measuring stopper into the force measuring jack, and try your best to fight the push rod during the evaluation. After the evaluation is over, swipe your card to submit the evaluation data.
