Function description

FUNCTION

The device can increase the strength of the muscles around the shoulder and the control of movement. Passive chest expansion can stretch the pectoralis major and pectoralis minor muscles.

 

Active flat push can increase the strength of the pectoral muscles, thoracic muscles, beak brachial muscles, subcapular muscles, and anterior deltoid muscles.

 

Active back pulling can increase muscle strength such as the posterior deltoid muscle bundle, subcutaneous muscle, small round muscle, large rhombus muscle, small rhombus muscle, trapezius muscle and so on.

Operation instructions

OPERATION

① Sit on the equipment, keep your lower back close to the seat back, keep your back straight, hold the handles tightly with both hands, and fasten a good protective belt.

 

② Click the screen to select the training mode. When the direction of movement is selected and the training parameters are confirmed, click start. After the equipment is placed in the initial position according to the prompts of the equipment, the equipment will be inflated, and the training will start after the inflation is complete.

 

③ The upper limbs overcome the resistance of movement, push forward/pull back vigorously, and then return to the initial position.

 

④ Continue to repeat the training until the end of the training.

 

If you want to pause training halfway, you can click the “Pause button”.At the end of the training prompt confirmation interface, you can click “Continue training” or “End now”. After the normal training is over, the equipment will prompt the end of the training and deflate; after the end immediately, the equipment will prompt that the training is not completed and deflate.

 

⑥ Before users use the device for the first time, they need to conduct a strength assessment and then configure an exercise prescription for training.Among them, before the equal-length evaluation, you need to insert the force measuring stopper into the force measuring jack, and try your best to fight the push rod during the evaluation. After the evaluation is over, swipe your card to submit the evaluation data.
