OPERATION

A. Lower Limb Squat Exercise

Stand sideways next to the equipment, keep your back straight, and maintain body stability.

Click on the screen select the training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming the training parameters, click start. Place yourself in the initial position as prompted by the device, then the device will inflate. After inflation is complete, training begins.

Overcome the resistance of the exercise, repeatedly perform squatting and standing movements, then return to the initial position.

Continue to perform repetitive training, until training ends.

If you want to pause training midway, you can click on "Pause Button". "At the end of training prompt confirmation interface, you can click 'Continue Training' or 'End Immediately'. After normal training ends, the device will prompt that training is over and will deflate; if ended immediately, it will prompt that training is incomplete and will deflate."

Before using this equipment for the first time, users must first conduct a "Strength Assessment", and then configure an exercise prescription for training. Among them, before isometric assessment, insert the force measuring rod into the bottom of the force measuring socket. During assessment, try your best to perform actions against the push rod; after assessment ends, swipe your card to submit assessment data.

 

B. Lower Limb Adduction/Abduction Exercise

Stand with your back to the equipment, keep your back straight, grip with both hands, and stabilize your body.

Click on the screen to select the training mode. When the direction of movement is selected and the training parameters are confirmed, click start. After being placed in the initial position according to the device prompts, the device will be inflated, and the training will start after the inflation is complete.

Overcome the resistance of exercise, put the corresponding ankle on the foot handle and repeat the leg adduction/extension exercise, and then return to the initial position.

Continue to repeat the training until the training is over.
