Function Description

FUNCTION

This device will combine the lower limb flexion trainer and lower limb extension trainer into one, increasing the strength of the knee extensors and controlling movements of the knee joint, enhancing knee joint stability.

 

Such as: concentric contraction and eccentric contraction of the quadriceps and hamstrings, etc.

Operation Instructions

OPERATION

① Sit on the equipment, hold the handles on both sides of the seat with both hands, lean your back against the seat backrest, maintain body stability, place your calves in the middle of the U-shaped leg pad to adjust your leg position, secure your legs tightly, and fasten the safety strap.

 

② Click on the screen select training mode, after selecting the direction of movement and confirming training parameters, click start. According to device prompts, place yourself in the initial position; after inflation is complete, training begins.

 

③ Use both legs to overcome resistance during movement, forcefully extend/flex forward/backward, then return to the initial position.

 

④ Continue performing 'repetitive training' , until training is completed.

 

⑤  If you want to pause training midway, you can click "Pause Button".On the confirmation interface for training end prompt, you can click 'Continue Training' or 'End Immediately'. After normal training ends, the device will prompt that training is complete and deflate; if ended immediately, it will prompt that training is incomplete and deflate.'

 

⑥ Before users use the device for the first time, they need to conduct an isometric assessment and then configure the exercise prescription for training.After the evaluation is over, swipe the card to submit the evaluation data.
