Operation Instructions
OPERATION

① Sit on the equipment, adjust the seat width, hold the handles to ensure the roller is close to your chest; keep your back straight, with your feet naturally apart on the foot pedals in front; place both hands above your legs and secure the safety strap.
② Click on the screen select training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming training parameters, click start. Based on device prompts, position yourself to the initial position. The device will inflate; after inflation is complete, training will begin.
③ Overcome the resistance of the device with your waist to perform left/right rotation until your body reaches its rotational limit, then return to the initial position.
④ Continue performing 'repeated training', until training is complete.
⑤ If you want to pause training halfway, you can click the “Pause button”. At the end of the training prompt to confirm the interface, you can click “Continue training” or “End now”.After the normal training is over, the equipment will prompt the end of the training and deflate; immediately after the end, the equipment will prompt that the training is not completed and deflate.
⑥ Before users use the device for the first time, they need to conduct a strength assessment and then configure an exercise prescription for training.Among them, before the equal-length evaluation, you need to insert the force measuring stopper into the force measuring jack, and try your best to fight the push rod during the evaluation. After the evaluation is over, swipe your card to submit the evaluation data.
