OPERATION

A. Lower Limb Pedaling Exercise:

① Sit on the equipment, hold the handles on both sides of the seat with both hands, and keep your back pressed against the backrest. Maintain body stability, with both feet naturally apart on the pedal, and secure the safety straps.

② Tap the screen Select training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming training parameters, tap start. Place yourself in the initial position as prompted by the device, then it will inflate. After inflation is complete, training begins.

③ The left leg/right leg overcomes the device's resistance to perform pedaling movements, then return to the initial position.

④ Continue to perform repetitive training, until training ends.

⑤ If you want to pause training midway, you can click on "Pause Button" ."On the training end confirmation interface, you can click 'Continue Training' or 'End Immediately'. After normal training ends, the device will prompt that training is complete and will deflate; if ended immediately, it will prompt that training is incomplete and will deflate.

⑥ Before using this device for the first time, users must first undergo a "Strength Assessment" , and then configure an exercise prescription for training. During isometric assessment, insert the force measuring lever into the bottom of the force measuring socket; during assessment, exert maximum effort against the push rod. After assessment is complete, swipe your card to submit assessment data.

 

B. Upper Limb Pushing and Pulling Exercise:

① Sit on the equipment with your back pressed against the seat backrest, "Keep your back straight", grip tightly onto handles with both hands and secure safety straps.

② Tap the screen Select training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming training parameters, tap start. Place yourself in the initial position as prompted by the device, then it will inflate. After inflation is complete, training begins.

③ The arms overcome resistance from the device by pushing up/pulling down with force before returning to initial position."

④ Continue to performrepetitive training, until training ends.

⑤ If you want to pause training halfway, you can click"Pause Button"."On the training end confirmation interface, you can click 'Continue Training' or 'End Immediately'. After normal training ends, the device will prompt that training is complete and will deflate; if ended immediately, it will prompt that training is incomplete and will deflate.

③ The upper limbs overcome exercise resistance by pushing forward/pulling backward with force before returning to initial position.

④ Continue to performrepetitive training, until training ends.

⑤ If you want to pause training midway, you can click on"Pause Button"."On the training end confirmation interface, you can click 'Continue Training' or 'End Immediately'.
