This device will combine the leg abductor trainer and leg adductor trainer into one, increasing hip abduction and adduction strength.

Operation Instructions

OPERATION

① Sit on the equipment, hold the handles on both sides of the seat with both hands, lean your back against the seat backrest, keep your body stable, place your calves in the middle of the U-shaped leg pad to adjust your leg position, tighten your legs and secure the safety strap.

 

② ick on the screen select training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming training parameters, click start. According to the device prompts, place yourself in the initial position. The device will inflate; after inflation is complete, training will begin.

 

③ Overcome resistance with your lower limbs and perform adduction/abduction movements with force before returning to the initial position.

 

④ Continue to repeat the training until the end of the training.

 

⑤ If you want to pause training halfway, you can click the “Pause button”. At the end of the training prompt to confirm the interface, you can click “Continue training” or “End now”.After the normal training is over, the equipment will prompt the end of the training and deflate; immediately after the end, the equipment will prompt that the training is not completed and deflate.

 

⑥ Before users use the device for the first time, they need to conduct an isometric assessment and then configure the exercise prescription for training.After the evaluation is over, swipe the card to submit the evaluation data.
