This device enhances abdominal muscles, such as: external oblique, internal oblique.
At the same time enhances the stability of deep trunk muscles, such as: semispinalis, multifidus, rotatores, etc.
Operation Instructions
OPERATION

① Sit on the equipment, adjust the width of the shoulder fixing device to facilitate clamping both shoulders,keep your back straight, hold the handles naturally with both hands, place your feet under the foot restraint device, and fasten the safety strap.
② Click on the screen select training mode, after selecting the exercise direction and confirming training parameters, click start. According to the device prompts, place yourself in the initial position. The device will inflate; after inflation is complete, training will begin.
③ Overcome the resistance of the device with your waist to perform left/right side movements and then return to the initial position.
④ Continue repeated training, until training is completed.
⑤ If you want to pause training midway, you can click "Pause Button". On the confirmation interface for training end prompt, you can click "Continue Training" or "End Immediately". After normal training ends, the device will prompt that training is complete and will deflate; if ended immediately, it will prompt that training is incomplete and will deflate.
⑥ Before using this device for the first time, users must first conduct a Strength Assessment and then configure an exercise prescription for training. Among them, before isometric assessment, insert the force measuring lever into the force measuring socket. During assessment, try your best to perform actions against the push rod. After assessment ends, swipe your card to submit assessment data.

Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction
Transient ischemic attack patients
Spinal cord injury and early pelvic fracture are prohibited.
